Dexter Baston, also codenamed, The Death Bomber, is a primary character in the upcoming novel, House of the Phoenix.

Dexter is a figurehead of a terrorist organization that calls itself the Black Hand. He is known for his cruelty and his very bizarre tactics. When he hears that the last of the phoenix order has been found, he knows what he must do.
